Have you ever wanted to master one of Italy’s most comforting and impressive dishes? Creamy, rich, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor - risotto is the kind of meal that turns a simple dinner into something unforgettable.
Welcome to Mastering Risotto at Sweet & Savory Classroom.
In this hands-on class, we’ll teach you the techniques behind creating perfectly creamy risotto from scratch while showing you how simple ingredients can become something truly elegant. You’ll learn step by step how to build layers of flavor, achieve that signature velvety texture, and prepare a restaurant-worthy meal with confidence.
Our evening begins with a fresh Arugula Salad tossed in a bold Red Wine Vinaigrette. Then we dive into the star of the night: White Wine & Pecorino Risotto topped with Blackened Chicken. To finish, we’ll end on a sweet note with Grilled Plums and Whipped Mascarpone.
Whether you’re brand new to cooking or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is perfect for all experience levels. Come hungry, ready to stir, sip, laugh, and enjoy one of the coziest culinary evenings we’ve ever created.

Class Type:
We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.
- This is a hands-on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.
- This class is for ages 14 and older.
- Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.
- Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received. We may also reach out via phone or email to gather more details about your group.
Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website before coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
