What if I can't make it to class?

Please send someone in your place. No need to email or call us, they can just show up and tell us your name when they arrive.

There are no refunds or transfers for sold out classes. Please check the stock number listed for your class. If your class is sold out then the options below DO NOT APPLY.

Can I get a refund?

We are a small classroom and every seat is precious but we also understand "things" happen. Refunds will be given with email notification 10 days in advance of your scheduled class. With less than 10 days notice, no refunds will be given. If you are eligible for a refund, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the credit card processing and administrative fees.

Can I transfer to a different class?

Full Credit Transfers are allowed 10 days in advance of your original scheduled class. There is a $10 fee per person to make the transfer. Transfers for reservations less than 10 days from the original scheduled class are eligible for 50% transfer credit plus $10 fee per person. There is NO CREDIT or TRANSFER for reservations less than 3 days from your scheduled class. Please remember you can send someone else in your place if you can't make it to class.

If you need to change the date of your reservation please contact us through email at least 10 days before your class. 


   Transfers made more than 10 days before your scheduled class = 100% transfer credit + $10 admin fee per reservation.

   Transfers made less than 10 days before your scheduled class = 50% transfer credit + $10 admin fee per reservation.

There is NO CREDIT or TRANSFER for reservations less than 3 days from your scheduled class.

Class Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low registration, make changes to the menu or change instructors in case of emergency. Thank you!

We understand that things happen, schedules change, kids get sick, etc and you may become unable to attend your scheduled class. Please also understand that we are a small classroom with limited seats. If your reservation is in 10 days or less we have already purchased ingredients and planned for your reservation. Please feel free to send someone in your place.

If your class is sold out, no refunds or transfers can be given.

Refunds can not be issued for no-shows. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations less than 10 days before your scheduled class. All cancellation requests must be made through email 10 days in advance of your scheduled class (please email chefjeff@sweetandsavoryclassroom.com, (do not call or Facebook). If you need to cancel your class less than 10 days from your scheduled class there are no refunds.
