Fresh herbs, rich broths, sizzling street food, and bold flavor in every bite - Vietnamese cuisine is one of the most vibrant food experiences in the world.
In this hands-on class, we’ll explore some of Vietnam’s most beloved dishes while teaching you the techniques and flavors that make this cuisine so unforgettable. You’ll learn how to prepare comforting homemade Pho with its deeply aromatic broth, crispy and savory Bánh Xèo - the famous Vietnamese “sizzling pancake” - and sweet Bánh Cam, the irresistible sesame-covered dessert filled with rich flavor and chewy texture.
Throughout the evening, we’ll guide you step by step through balancing fresh herbs, bright ingredients, warm spices, and traditional cooking techniques that bring Vietnamese food to life. Whether you already love Vietnamese cuisine or are trying it for the first time, this class is packed with flavor, fun, and plenty of incredible food to enjoy together.

Class Type:
We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.
- This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.
- This class is for ages 14 and older.
- Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.
- Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

This class can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
