I took my wife to Paris for our 10-year wedding anniversary. It was such a wonderful time. I even re-proposed to her under the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. Did I tell you it was an amazing time?
It was in Paris that we hopped on the subway across town, then walked a ways to dine at a little restaurant called Le Petite Canard. There was no room for us when we arrived. We were supposed to have made reservations, but we were flying by the seat of our pants. The maître d’ let us take a table for a late reservation. When they showed up 30 minutes later (almost 45 minutes past their reservation), she practically told them to take a hike. My wife and I had a delightful time in this old building, eating and drinking. You could literally feel the subway rumble underfoot as if it were only 10 feet below. I had the duck a l’orange, it was amazing….so much so that I decided we needed to create a class to share our experience in Paris with you. Here we go….a trip to Paris…right here in Chattanooga.

Class Type:
We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.
- This is a hands-on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.
- This class is for ages 14 and older.
- Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.
- Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed a gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received. We may also reach out via phone or email to gather more details about your group.
Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and almost all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient, then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
