Ring in the New Year with a delicious night out! In this festive, hands-on class, you’ll create an elegant, multi-course menu designed to make the new year feel extra special.


You’ll kick things off with a beautiful pre-set charcuterie spread before diving into a vibrant Sautéed Beet Salad drizzled with a silky balsamic reduction. Then, we’ll turn up the flavor with a Pepper-Rubbed, Skin-On Airline Chicken Breast topped with a rich compound butter and finished with a dramatic fat-washed bourbon flambé sauce. On the side, you’ll craft perfectly tender broccolini and a creamy potato gratin.


For dessert, you’ll enjoy a sparkling Champagne Jelly with fresh fruit—followed by a Champagne toast to welcome the year ahead.


Whether you’re celebrating with friends or just looking for something fun and delicious to kick off the year, this class is the perfect way to start things off right!

Class Type:


We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.



  • This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.

  • This class is for ages 18 and older.

  • Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.

  • Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received. We may also reach out via phone or email to gather more details about your group.


Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
