Newsletter/Team Building/Private Event

This page is to be a place where people can come to sign up for our newsletter and check any box that they want to: Receive emails about sweet, savory, kids, date night etc...

 

I also want to use this page at the end of an in-person class. We will pull up this page on our Ipad so people leaving the classroom can sign up for our newsletter. They handwrite this on a clipbaord currently and we want to make this process more efficient.

 

This page would also be great to have a Team Building/Private event form to capture information before the customer leaves the classroom. This form will collect Name, email, phone number, company name, number of people, time frame This Month/Next month/next year. And it should autimatically add them to the correct mailchimp list AND email me the information for following up.
