Description:








Your young chef will learn to make a beautiful rustic tart—also known as a crostata—completely from scratch! In this hands-on class, kids will mix and roll tart dough, prepare a fresh mixed berry filling, and learn how to fold and shape their pastry just right. To finish, they’ll top it all off with melty chocolate pieces and a sprinkle of raw sugar before baking their creation to golden perfection. A sweet and cozy way to build baking confidence—one tart at a time!

Parental Involvement: Kids ages 7 and below must have a parent stay with them during the class and both parent and kid are included in the $45 price. You two will share one station. Kids 8 and over can be dropped off.


Price: $45 per child, with a $5 discount for each additional sibling. (Use code 'Homeschool$5' when checking out for the discount)


Parents of kids 8 years an older, who wish to stay and participate, may sign up to take the class as well. You would need to purchase an additional seat to do so.


Equip your child with the foundational skills needed to safely and efficiently prepare ingredients in the kitchen!


Important Notes:


- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions your child may have.


- We understand that you may have children younger than the specified age range. They are welcome to join you so you don't have to arrange for a babysitter. This is only for Homeschool classes. Please bring their favorite game or craft to do while the class is going on. Allwoing addtional children that are not particiapating in class is only allowed during Homeschool Essentials classes.This is not allowed during Parent/Child classes or camps—no exceptions.
