You come to the Sweet & Savory Classroom to add a few tricks to your toolbox. First of all the Sriracha Honey Sauce we make has quickly become a household favorite. It’s so simple yet perfect for the buttermilk fried chicken. We’re not only going to soak the chicken in southern milk (aka buttermilk) we’re going to jazz it up by making a killer buttermilk brine to really keep that chicken moist and amazing.
We will end the evening with a dark rich chocolate pecan cobbler. Even if you live in the south, this class will teach you something new and please your palate.
