About this experience
Make your pies for Thanksgiving! In this class we will be learning how to make pie dough from scratch, rolling pie dough with success, and make filling for some beautiful pies! Each person will go home with a Pumpkin Cream Pie and Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie. Chef Heather will demonstrate how to garnish and prepare your pies to serve for your guests. You will also enjoy samples of pie served with fresh whipped cream! Sweet bonus......you will also be taking your pies home and you can even serve them Thanksgiving Day!
