In one of our favorite classes chef will walk you through three staples of New Orleans Cuisine. We start off with learning the secret of making a dark rich roux and end the class with hot Beignets for all.
It’s a lot to tackle in one class but we’ll get it done and have lots of fun.
Menu Consists of:
- Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
- Creole Shrimp and Grits
Hands-On with Chef Demonstrations.
Age 14 and up.
We have a well trained team with years of culinary and teaching experience. Your class will be taught by one of our Chef Instructors.
