Handmade Pasta Class
How can only a few simple ingredients combine to make an entire meal?
You will experience the answer to that question in our handmade pasta class. We'll teach you the nuances of flour and why picking the right one matters. You will learn how to properly mix and knead pasta dough to perfection. Your work is only half done...we'll show you how to properly roll out your pasta dough and cut noodles out of it. Lastly we will show you how to turn your dough into fettuccine and a filled tortellini. Finally it will all come together with our famous marinara and bacon pea cream sauce. To finish off the class we sit together and eat with hot and fresh Italian bread and sauteed vegetables.
Mix, knead, roll, cut, and cook the pasta you just learned to make. It’s an art few people know, we’ll show you how!

Class Type:
We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.
- This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.
- This class is for ages 12 and older.
- Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.
- Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received. We may also reach out via phone or email to gather more details about your group.
Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.

We have a well trained team with years of culinary and teaching experience. Your class will be taught by one of our Chef Instructors. It's our pleasure to cook with you!
