About this experience
To start this class everyone will master a warm and wonderful fall soup followed by hand crafted empanadas.
Empanadas are a Latin American treat. In this class we are utilizing winter vegetables and hearty pork to stuff into the flaky empanada dough. Then we will hand shape and bake them.
To finish the class we will make a classic apple filling. With the filling we will make mini empanadas and then deep fry them to golden brown delicious perfection.
