We have bourbons straight out of the Buffalo Trace Distillery paired perfectly with a mouthwatering menu. In our signature style you will not only learn how to cut, chop, and cook this great menu but you will also learn how to pair it with great bourbons.

Charcuterie Board: Sausage, cured meats, with classical accoutrements (mustard, Bourbon Caramelize onions, dates, no cheeses though, will have enough on next two courses)
Crispy Pork Belly ( or Bentons Bacon) Wedge Salad
With Buffalo Trace or 1792 Small Batch
Bison Sliders with aged Cheddar and Bourbon Apple Slaw accompanied by Sweet Potato Chips with sage oil.
