Description

Tamales are home cooked fellowship. They are a dish that brings people together in the kitchen to laugh, talk, and enjoy each other's company.

At The Sweet and Savory Classroom we are going to keep with this tradition of food and fellowship. We will work closely together for a couple of seemingly short hours (because you'll be having so much fun) to create pots of steamy hot Tamales, a few sauces, and sides.

The only break from tradition will be in the menu....one tamale maintains its classic roots as the other has a modern twist.

HOT TAMALE!!!!!! You'll love this class.
