Just because you live in the South doesn’t mean you can cook Southern food. Good thing for you we are here to help, lol.

There are three things Southern cooks must do with excellence. First is any southern cook worth his salt must be able to fry, golden brown, juicy chicken. Second is mastering the art of grits. Lastly this Southern cook must be able to cook bacon and greens together until they actually taste good.

In this class, together, we will master these three essential Southern Cooking techniques and you will finally feel at home.
