Ravioli...an Italian classic. Paired with buttery, creamy lobster. It's a match sure to please.

As you arrive your tables will be set. Then we get to work, executing a Focaccia Bruschetta appetizer with fresh mozzarella made with your own two hands. From there we masterfully marry two pasta doughs together encasing our creamy lobster filling. We finish the night with a Tiramisu Trifle in our signature "hands on" cooking style.
