Knife skills is the one factor that determines whether cooking is fun or a chore. When you know how to properly wield the most common tools of the trade your food will taste better and take a lot less time to prepare. In this completely hands on class participants will learn how to care for their knives, sharpen them, and most importantly learn and practice the proper knife techniques to make you faster, safer, and the chef youve always dreamed of being.

Not only will you learn how to properly cut with a will also use your new skills to create a salad. We then roast chicken to put on top. We don't want to send anyone home hungry.

This class is for age 14 and older.

All classes are hands-on. Wear comfortable clothes with closed-toe non-slip shoes.
