Classical French cuisine could very well be the foundation of everything good in this world. Expertly prepared, attention to detail, and methodical processes formulate pride in all who dare to partake. I don’t know how we are able to combine these skills AND have a tremendously fun evening all at the same time, but somehow we manage to pull it off.
In our French Bistro we’ll start with a savory tart and end with a sweet soufflé, and everything in between will be our little secret.
