Cream Puffs and Eclairs

This is a class for all ages, children and adults! Each person needs a reservation. Children under the age of 14 need to have an adult attending with a reservation also.

This is an in person class at The Sweet and Savory Classroom

In this class you will learn how to make these beautiful pastries from scratch. Learning how to make Pâte à Choux, the paste used to bake the pastries. Also learning techniques for making Pastry Cream (a delicious creamy vanilla filling), Fresh Whipped Cream and Ganache.

Menu will include:
  • Cream Puffs filled with cream and berries
  • Eclairs filled with pastry cream dipped in ganache
  • Swans filled with fresh whipped cream
