You don't have to visit the islands to get a taste of its delicious cuisine. These foods are not only good for your tastebuds but also your waistline. Join us for one of the most popular and well-known Caribbean cuisines...Jamaican!!!

In this class, you'll recreate the
Jamaican flavors as we grill up one of the greatest Jamaican BBQs, known as jerk chicken. This chicken is smoky, sweet, but insistently hot. We will also be bringing a taste of the islands to the meal with fried plantains, rice and beans, and callaloo. These are all staples in the Jamaican
community.

Jerk Chicken Thighs
Fried Plantains
Rice & Peas (which is really red beans and rice, but they call the beans "peas")
Callaloo - Jamaican Greens
