About this experience

There's just something special about old fashioned fudge and pralines made from scratch. Fudge does take patience but is so worth it in the end! The fudge gets cooked, goes through a process of cooling, gets mixed to "cream" the fudge, and finally sits to set. Praline go through a similar process but are much faster to make!
