About this experience

How can only a few simple ingredients combine to make an entire meal? You will experience the answer to that question in our homemade pasta class. Mix, knead, roll, cut, and cook the pasta you just learned to make.

Handmade, from Scratch, Authentic Italian Pasta
Chef Jeff's Famous Marinara Sauce
Pancetta (or bacon) and Asparagus Cream Sauce (Alfredo sauce base)
Classical Braised Vegetables (most likely leeks and carrots)

Hands-on/Chef Demonstrations
This class is for age 14 and older.
