This is an in person class at The Sweet and Savory Classroom.
Who doesn’t love a good Burger and a good Bourbon? In this class we’re going to take choice cuts of beef, grind it, season it to perfection, grill it, top it, and eat it. All the while tasting a few hand selected Bourbons. To accomplish this MASSIVE undertaking we will sip on a few bourbons while creating a BURGER MASTERPIECE. You will partake in all the fun by making fresh buns, pickles, and all of your own toppings from bacon to caramelized onions and more. I’m not even sure if we can do it all in one class but we’re gonna try and it’s going to be EPIC. Even if you're not a Bourbon fan (a few years ago I wasn't), I believe a few tastes may change your mind. The Bourbon tasting is included in the class price. Join me for this class and you will go home satisfied with new skills to get a head start on the summer grilling season.
