About this experience

Come enjoy this holiday dessert-making workshop with Chef Heather! Each student will make their very own Bûche de Noël (a.k.a. Yule Log Cake).

The cake is a moist chocolate sponge cake filled with a creamy vanilla filling, rolled, and covered with chocolate buttercream. There are even holly leaves, berries, and meringue decorations!

Chef Heather will also give you details on how to store your Bûche de Noël in the freezer until you are ready to serve for the holidays!
