About this experience
In this class you will learn how to make these beautiful pastries from scratch! Learning how to make Pâte à Choux, the paste used to bake the pastries. Also learning techniques for making Pastry Cream (a delicious creamy vanilla filling), Fresh Whipped Cream and Ganache.
Menu will include:
Cream Puffs filled with cream and berries
Eclairs filled with pastry cream dipped in ganache
Swans filled with fresh whipped cream
For those purchasing ingredients: pick-up is Monday October 26th, 4-5pm.
