About this experience

The Fall season is my favorite time of year, then you throw in the flavors of Fall and it gets even better! In this class you will learn how to make strudel dough, method for stretching the dough, apple filling, and techniques to roll your strudel. You will also be making a traditional cheese strudel using the same dough. You will have plenty to take home and share!
