Living in the south doesn’t mean you have lived the South.
You can live in the South and miss out on the classic dishes that are the heart and soul of the land in which you reside. Nothing gets more Southern than Pinto Beans, Cast Iron Cornbread, braised greens, and Chicken n Dumplings.
We are excited to bring you this wonderful menu full of soul and Southern Heritage.
In this class you will learn our cornbread recipe handed down from one generation to another. Everyone will craft Chicken and dumplings while learning the secret to fluffy yet tender and chewy dumplings. We will finish off the class with Chef Jeff’s version of cobbler. It’s a little different than you’re used to but it’s sure to please.
