Cook Like a Chef Classes:

Class #1 - Knife Skills

Are you tired of struggling with dull knives and uneven cuts in the kitchen? Ready to take your culinary expertise to the next level? Join our "Knife Skills Mastery" cooking class and unlock the secrets to becoming a precision chef with the blade!

Class #2 - Sauces 

The soul of every dish is in it’s sauce. Elevate your dishes with the magic of sauces. You will be introduced to the “mother sauces” and execute a few of them as well as learn how to build them into new sauces.

Class #3 - Doughs

Learn the tricks and techniques the professionals use to make the perfect dough. In this class you will learn the two main categories of doughs, elastic and soft/flakey doughs. Once you have this knowledge you will be able to make just about anything requiring a dough. From dinner rolls, pizzas, danishes, tarts, biscuits you will have the knowledge to succeed.

Class #4 - Starches & Vegetables

From the million dollar rice method to properly blanching and roasting vegetables you will learn the tips and tricks to take your everyday items up a notch.

Class #5 - Meats/Proteins

Elevate your main courses with gourmet flair. Dive into advanced techniques for cooking meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection. Impress your guests with restaurant-quality dishes.

Class #6 - Salads and Dressings 

Learn how to handle greens and cut them properly. Make your own dressings and vinaigrettes and understand the science behind emulsions and principles of success.
