From colorful decorations to beautiful detail, oh the fun and creativity you can have with fondant!
In this class you will make your own batch of fondant. Chef Heather will share tips and tricks to rolling the fondant. You will learn how to roll and cover a cake with smooth fondant icing.
Other techniques will include, coloring fondant, appliqué, painting, pearls, ribbons, and quilting.
Each student will cover their own "dummy cake" with rolled fondant and decorate a masterpiece to take home!
Hands-On with Chef Demonstrations
