Take a culinary trip to Korea without leaving Chattanooga! In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll explore the flavors, techniques, and traditions of Korean cuisine as you prepare each dish with your own two hands.
We’ll start by making classic kimchi, learning the art of balancing flavors and fermentation. Next, you’ll master Dak Bulgogi, a savory, marinated chicken dish that’s a staple of Korean feasts. To round out the meal, we’ll create a refreshing Korean kale salad and finish with sweet, chewy Hotteok pancakes.
Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting your kitchen adventures, this class is a flavorful journey into Korean cooking that you won’t want to miss!

We have many styles of classes. This class is geared for entertainment with cooking skills taught throughout the class. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. This class has a nice balance of group work as well as cooking in pairs.
- This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work.
- This class is for ages 14 and older.
- Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing/consuming adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed.
- Doors open 10 minutes before class starts.

To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received. We may also reach out via phone or email to gather more details about your group.
Most of our classes can accommodate V, Vegetarian, Nut allergies, and most all other dietary restrictions. Please submit the form listed in the footer of our website prior to coming to class. We do our best to make substitutions. In the case we cannot substitute a suitable ingredient then it will be omitted from your ingredients.
