Cancellation Policy:


We understand that things happen, schedules change, kids get sick, etc and you may become unable to attend your scheduled class. Please also understand that we are a small classroom with limited seats. If your reservation is in 7 days or less we have already purchased ingredients and planned for your reservation. Please feel free to send someone in your place.

If your class is sold out, no refunds or transfers can be given.

Cancellations:
Refunds can not be given for no-shows or cancellations less than 7 days before your scheduled class. All cancellation requests must be made through email 7 days in advance of your scheduled class (please email chefjeff@sweetandsavoryclassroom.com, do not call or Facebook). If you need to cancel your class less than 7 days from your scheduled class there are no refunds.



Transfers/Credits:

If you need to change the date of your reservation please contact us through email at least 7 days before your class.
Transfers made more than 7 days before your scheduled class = 100% transfer credit + $10 admin fee per reservation.
Transfers made less than 7 days before your scheduled class = 50% transfer credit + $10 admin fee per reservation. This does not apply if your class is sold out. There are no refunds or transfers for sold out classes. Please check the stock number listed for your class.

Class Cancellations :

We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low registration, make changes to the menu or change instructors in case of emergency.
